Early in our marriage Greg thought I should go backpacking. Even though we only went a few times I fell in love with it. I have been backpacking more recently with my son and the Boy Scouts (that's where I met Liz) in the last few years. Going on an extended backpacking trip has always been a dream of mine
Thrilled to follow you both on this grand adventure. I've wanted to hike the PCT for 20 years, but with small children I know it won't happen for a while. So I love to read blogs that remind me the trail will still be there to welcome me when life brings me back to it. All the best on your journey!
ReplyDeleteI been following your trek. I did some backpacking when younger but not enough to keep in shape and my knees are now near useless. I will enjoy the PCT through your adventures.
